fman

fman

 Windows   Linux  OSX

fman is a dual-pane file manager for Windows, macOS and Linux. It makes you much more efficient at working with files: Quickly jump to directories with Ctrl/Cmd+P. Copy files with F5. Extract archives, connect to Dropbox, … and many more. fman brings a lot of the innovation from tools like Sublime Text to the file manager niche. Besides Ctrl/Cmd+P, another example of this is fman’s Python-based plugin API that lets you extend it to your heart’s content. Finally, fman’s dark visual theme gives it a clean and modern design.

fman uses Python and Qt to render its user interface. This combination has proved extremely powerful, letting fman evolve quickly while retaining the supreme performance of Qt. It internally uses Qt widgets and the Model/View framework to display files.
